My husband and I want to thank you for making this 60th Birthday picnic a success, the food was absolutely delicious, done to perfection, beautifully set up: Dennis and Jim were wonderful, friendly, and really knew what to do. Bless their little hearts, they had to work in the sun most of the time and not once did they complain. I felt so bad for them. I have never seen thicker London broil at a picnic that was catered; theirs was always brought precooked and tasted like cardboard. Yours was tender moist and sliced terrifically and of course the men went nuts over the beef, my father-in-law was a butcher and his son knows his beef, yours would have made him proud. Thank you, Thank you.
