The best catering by far. From the time I placed my order to the time it was delivered. The staff was extremely friendly on the numerous calls I made adjusting my quantity. I used T&L catering for my daughters first birthday at the Berkeley Heights location for about 75 people. Every one I dealt with during the process were some of the nicest, most pleasant people I have ever met, and the event exceeded expectations! The food was so so so good, and the venue was perfect for what we needed. They answered all of my questions, and talked us through everything. I wasn't there to help set up but my friend who worked directly with them day-of said they were super friendly, easy to work with, on-time, and set everything up and everything went super smoothly! Jaci our maitre ‘d was amazing she allowed us to relax during the whole ceremony and always made sure we were fed and had a drink in our hand. She helped with things like the bustle of the brides dress to leaving us additional space where needed at our venue. This past Saturday, January 6th, we had my daughter's Sweet Sixteen at The Grand in Linden. I can't say enough about the staff at T&L Catering. Pam, Linda and Leo were patient and understanding with my questions and were quick to respond from the moment we booked the venue. The most important for me was taking my daughter's fish allergy very seriously. They changed their fry oil to accommodate us and that is very rare in the restaurant/catering business. On the day of the event the staff on premises; Lisa, Leo and Joe and their staff were professional and despite having snow that day, everyone was there to help in any way they could. The food was amazing and plentiful. The room at The Grand is lovely and I would definitely work with T&L Catering in the future. T&L food was great. Used this purveyor for 60th birthday party. Food arrived on time. Was hot and plentiful. Enough left over. Cold appetizers were great. Bruschetta was fresh and hot meal choices including pepper steak, ziti, and rice were great. No complaints at all and coffee service was fine as well. Would use again. Not happy with the cake Purveyor of Palermo in Little Ferry, but that does not affect this vendor. We recently hosted my husband's 50th birthday party at James Ward Mansion in Westfield. We chose T&L for the catering. Tom was absolutely wonderful to work with. We wanted an elegant sit down dinner that was very detailed on how we wanted things to flow and look like and they delivered! Jaci was our Maitre d who was very lovely, informative and attended our guests needs and accommodated everyone. We cannot thank Jaci enough for making our event flawless and memorable. We used this service for our daughter's sweet 16 and they were pretty good. We were able to come to an open house viewing of the space. Yes they have different catering packages but they were very customizable. what I like about this place the most is that it was just our event at the space. We didn't have to worry about another event taking place. The staff was very professional and friendly. Moy only suggestion is that I wish they had a room for my daughter to get dressed/ change in.Alnisa Julien

They are the best at making sure everything my daughter wanted for her Sweet was achieved. It was so stress free. We had her Sweet on March 30, 2023 and let me tell you how wonderful and attentive the staff was. Leo was constantly checking in on us. The staff Andres, Guiliana and Jordan were amazing on top of everything. So professional and let me not forget about our wonderful bartender Jesse !!! She definitely took care of everyone !! Our family is so grateful. Sadly, we needed their services for a repass. We rented Mount Carmel hall in Berkeley Heights . It was the best decision I made that week ! The staff were very professional and friendly. The food was amazing, and the trays were never empty.
