Don’t hesitate! Amazing quality and great customer service. Food was scrumptious and all our guests left full. I was nervous I ordered too much with the “large size” Thanksgiving dinner, but we had enough for everyone and very little leftover. Tommy, Stephanie & the crew did an awesome job catering our 1st Company BBQ for 150 people. The food was fresh, hot and delicious and served with a smile. I really felt like we were working with a friend when we met with T&L for our wedding catering. My husband and I value family run businesses and T&L catering is the best in the catering industry. Tom really cared about making sure food allergies were taken into consideration for our guests. Georgeanne was our maître de and she checked in on us several times throughout the night. Ordered for Christmas dinner. the food came cold the day b4 with instructions for heating. Everything was amazing and flavorful. My one critique was The sirloin roast was a bit tough and even hard to slice... Maybe we just got a tougher cut of the meat but the flavor was still on point. T&L Catering has heart in their preparation and delivery for your special event. It starts with Tom and it continues with the rest of the staff both in the office and at the event. The food is delicious. They are not rigid on their menu. They work with you on your food choices and work to accommodate any special needs. I hosted my daughter's shower at The Riverview in Berkeley Heights, NJ which is a lovely banquet hall. It was big enough to accommodate my guests to dine and also participate in an art instruction activity. I can imagine a small wedding in this venue easily. They include so much in the package that adding a few extra upgrades didn't break my budget. Everyone enjoyed buffet. My guests went out of their way to tell me that everything was delicious. The only negative feedback that I received after the event was that the wait staff was on hyper clean up. I am sure if I was told this during the event and I said something to the catering manager it would have been corrected. They are service oriented. They want to make you happy. A rare find in this wedding industry. I am so glad that they will also be catering my daughter's wedding.Diana Curtis
