We truly had a wonderful party because T&L Catering's staff was so attentive and helpful. They did a wonderful job of setting up the table linens and preparing a signature drink I had asked for with edible glitter! During the party I spilled some food on my white dress, and T&L's chief of staff was so helpful in helping me get the stain out immediately! She was always asking if me or my family members needed anything. Everything was well coordinated timing out the appetizers, to entree, to dessert. T&L catered our backyard wedding reception and they were FANTASTIC. We had a brunch buffet but they were still able to provide an hour of passed hors d'oeuvres for us, and they made everything feel elegant and move smoothly. Everything was absolutely delicious, and our guests raved about the food! The whole team day-of was spectacular and made sure that our guests had a great time and that my parents' kitchen and backyard were in beautiful shape at the end of the day. It was especially helpful that Tom contracted the tent vendor and the bartender as part of our total contract with T&L - having all three services under one umbrella made the management of the event so smooth. They also took all of my concerns about allergies and food intolerances seriously - we had guests coming with gluten intolerances, nut allergies, Passover restrictions, dairy sensitivities, you name it. Not only did Tom help us create a menu that made sure everyone could enjoy the brunch, he also made sure that everything was clearly labeled on the day. We had our wedding at the beautiful James Ward Mansion, and T&L Catering was terrific to work with from start to finish. The food tasting was great – making it hard to choose between all of the many delicious options! The food on our wedding day was fantastic, everything from vegetable spring rolls to bacon-wrapped scallops to Asian style beef! However, the real star of the show was our matri’d Jaci. She made sure everything went off without a hitch and truly went out of her way for all of us, making each of us (not just the bride and groom) feel special and important. Our family is so grateful. Sadly, we needed their services for a repass. We rented Mount Carmel hall in Berkeley Heights . It was the best decision I made that week ! The staff were very professional and friendly. The food was amazing, and the trays were never empty. T and L catering was great! Every time I called with a question there was someone to answer my questions. Pam, help me decide on the menu and appetizers and help me through the whole process of putting it all together to fit my party. They made it so easy.
