I am currently at Taste of Linden and I had the absolute pleasure of trying T&L Catering’s pasta in cream sauce with sausage and mascarpone. This pasta is divine. The taste is well rounded, rich, and phenomenal to say the very least. Downright decadent. I’ve had seconds so far but I will definitely be going back for more..I can’t get enough!! T&L did an amazing job catering our wedding, that our guests are still bringing up the food! Not only did all of the food look and taste great, we were well taken care of by the Maître D' Stephanie. On behalf of my team of 250+, we're so grateful for T&L! We hosted a company BBQ last month and T&L took care of us very well! There were a lot of moving parts that day but the one thing I didn't have to worry about were the food/drinks. Not only were they so attentive and communicative with me throughout the duration of our event. But the food was DELICIOUS! A friend recommended T&L Catering, this friend has been using them for all her family events and had all great things to say about them. I decided to do a bit of digging since I needed a catering company to use for one of our biggest school fundraisers. After contacting several catering companies, T&L Catering was great from beginning till end. It was a breakfast full of am delights, all breakfast was amazing. Not only would we use them for our school events/fundraisers again but I personally would use them for my family and friends events. T&L Catering surpassed our expectations for our wedding! The food was incredible. We chose the 4 station option and would highly recommend. Tom and his team are amazing. Jaci our maitre'd went above and beyond to help us ay our wedding. We didn't hire a day of coordinator but our wedding went well. They also helped with setting up our diy decors. They brought us food and drinks while we were having our pictures taken after the ceremony. The food was amazing! Thanks so much. Tom was wonderful to work with, from the very beginning when we first reached out, to the day before our wedding with last minute questions. My husband and I had our wedding at my family farm, and hired T&L for the food and the tent/chairs/tables. Everything looked incredible, and the food was delicious!! Tom works with you every step of the way, and has over 40 years of experience with event planning like this. On the day of, Stephanie was our Maitre D for our wedding, and was marvelous. She made sure we were fed, served us dinner so we didn’t have to get up, and made all of our guests feel welcome. The bartenders and all of the staff were awesome too. There was an open house at the venue we eventually chose for our wedding. While there we met Leo of T&L Catering. While talking to him about some of our ideas, his excitement matched ours. We knew we wanted to go with T&L. For a year I was in contact with Tom as he helped us craft our Menu and answer all our questions. As the wedding approached I talked to Pam who was very accommodating when it came to finalizing payment and details. They were so helpful, when I told them 48 hours prior about guests changing menu options or being unavailable, I was simply told all guests will be accommodated. But the cherry on top of working with T&L was our maitre d', Jaci. This woman is an absolute queen. She walked in and assisted us with final decor set up so we could focus more on getting ready. She would update us with photos and ask any questions to help capture our vision. She also helped to keep us on a schedule without being pushy and, most importantly, she made SURE we were able to have time to enjoy the entrees at our own wedding (which I've heard is a rare occurrence). From day 1, T&L knew what we wanted with our wedding and made sure to make it happen. They were integral in helping us to have a perfect wedding day and I can't sing their praises enough. Thank you!! Highly recommend this vendor. They beautifully executed our event at the James Ward Mansion. Everything from their catering staff's etiquette, support, and food was truly top notch. Starting from their office staff and management, Tom Tavalaro and Pam Tavalaro are a superb team to work with. Extremely responsive, easy to work with, organized, and know all the right questions to ask and ways to accommodate the couples they work with. For the day of the event: Jaci was such an amazing Maitre-d that stood by us throughout the night. She quickly integrated in with our other vendors and worked really well with our entertainment group, our DJ and Emcee, and even our families to help coordinate our activities throughout the evening. The staff team throughout the evening were all so helpful and seemed genuinely eager to make it a great night for us. Their head chef at the event did an amazing job and we are not exaggerating when we share that we received extensive glowing reviews on the food from all the guests at our wedding. This was one vendor we partnered with which we highly recommend and are extremely pleased to have made part of our special day. T and L catering was great! Every time I called with a question there was someone to answer my questions. Pam, help me decide on the menu and appetizers and help me through the whole process of putting it all together to fit my party. They made it so easy.
